Embrace the new year with a sense of renewal in this replenishing and inspirational 5-week journaling series. Reflective writing is a powerful yet gentle tool for self-discovery. Together, we’ll create a meaningful journaling practice designed to nurture mindfulness, uncover what truly matters, embrace challenges, and set intentions for the year ahead. You’ll explore a variety of journaling techniques that will offer fresh perspectives and deeper clarity.
This 5-week series is scheduled for Wednesday evenings from 6-7:30 p.m., from January 6 through February 4, 2026, in Grand Junction, CO. Exact address sent after registration.

Journaling Retreat: Time to Take Care of You!
I’m planning a 4-hour retreat for early spring, perhaps April or May 2026, in the Grand Valley area. It will be a day of journaling-related self-care, where we not only learn and practice a variety of journaling techniques, but we’ll also make a simple journal (no art experience required), we’ll enjoy refreshments, and we’ll have a chance to connect with others. I may have other self-care opportunities, too. This plan hinges on whether there is enough interest and participation! I will need at least 10 people to make this feasible. Interested?
